Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Doti Sutra, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products, from our hand-carved gourd lamps to our natural incense. We strive to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently.

1. Processing Times

  • Incense & Small Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Handmade Gourd Lamps: As these are intricate, artisanal pieces, please refer to the specific product page. If a lamp is made-to-order, processing may take 3-4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (Switzerland/Local): Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Doti Sutra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs delays are outside of our control.


     

5. Damages & Issues

Doti Sutra is dedicated to high-quality packaging to protect fragile items like our lamps.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately at

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Delivery Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Reshipping costs due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.
